Basturma is an expressive spice blend that will be perfect for enhancing various meat dishes: from roasts and stews to kebabs or meat products intended for smoking. The mix provides an authentic Armenian cuisine flavour, combining spicy chilli peppers, thyme, juniper berries and other spices.
This spicy-flavoured blend is suitable for enhancing smoked meat.
Ingredients: Juniper berries, hot peppers (chilli), bay leaves, red bell peppers, marigold, coriander, red and black peppercorns. Store in an exceptionally dry, clean and cool place.
