Bee Pollen is food for young honeybees made by worker bees who collect pollen from flowers and compress it into tiny pellets to store in the hive. Bee pollen is later fermented in the comb cells where it becomes the bee bread.
Bee pollen differs from other bee products due to its composition and bee content. It is widely used as a natural medicine because of its health-promoting effects. It shows several health benefits due to its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
Our raw Bee Pollen can be used in many ways. Here we will list just a few of many:

- Make a cuppa out of bee pollen! (add one teaspoon of bee pollen, add hot water, stir until dissolved and add a teaspoon of Healthy Bee raw honey. Delicious!)
- Unsuitable for children under 3 years of age
- Recommended intake for adults: 20 grams per day
- For children: 1 gram per year old I.E. 6g for 6-year-old
- Bee pollen is not recommended for people with allergies or hypersensitivity to honey and bee products.
